Who can attend the conference?
Open to researchers, students, and industry professionals with interest in particle physics, Big Data, or AI. International applicants are welcome.
Is there a registration fee?
Registration is free for students and Mongolian academic researchers. A nominal fee applies for industry participants and international attendees.
Is accommodation provided?
Not included, but a list of recommended hotels near NUM campus will be provided upon confirmation.
What language will the conference be in?
Sessions in English with simultaneous Mongolian interpretation for plenary talks. Workshop materials will be bilingual.
Can students present research?
Yes — Day 4 is dedicated to student research presentations. Submit abstracts via the registration form; selected presenters notified by May 20, 2026.
Will I receive a certificate?
All participants receive a digital certificate. Speakers and workshop facilitators receive an additional certificate of contribution.
